Different from the traditional intermediary leasing model, Ziroom is an O2O company that provides professional housing asset management services. Since its establishment six years ago, Ziroom has managed more than 600,000 houses, served more than 300,000 property owners, and exceeded 1.4 million Ziroom customers. It has entered 9 cities across the country: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Tianjin, and Chengdu are the leaders of long-term rental apartments in China. On January 16, 2018, Ziroom received RMB 4 billion in Series A financing led by Warburg Pincus, Sequoia Capital China Fund, and Tencent. Other follow-up investors include Huasheng, Sunac China, General Atlantic Investment, Source Code Capital, Haixia, New Hope and other institutions. Huaxing Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of financing, and Han Kun served as the legal advisor.
