PropTech Institute Delivered a Property Tokenization Lecture at NUS Business School

At the invitation of NUS Business School, our Co-founder and Vice-President, Andy Yiu, shared as an expert speaker the latest development of Property Tokenization, an emerging technology for real estate financing, with program participants of the Executive Certificate in Real Estate Finance (ECREF) at NUS Business School. Program participants are industry practitioners from Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Japan, the UK, and Malaysia. Andy shared real case examples from the USA, Japan, and Singapore to demonstrate the opportunities, challenges, and risks associated with Property Tokenization.
